At CV Sneakers, we understand how important it is to receive your orders on time. We utilize a network of couriers to deliver your purchases from our website directly to you. We select the courier we believe will ensure the quickest delivery based on the size and weight of your parcel. Deliveries are made between 11 AM and 7 PM; however, we cannot guarantee an exact date or time for delivery.

Please note that a signature and ID may be required upon delivery depending on the courier. For any future concerns regarding your order, keep the invoice or receipt that comes with your delivery.

To enhance your delivery experience, we may share your contact information with our carrier partners. This enables them to provide you with delivery updates via SMS and/or email.

Please be aware that delivery may not be possible in certain areas. If this is the case, we will reach out to you to see if you’d like to provide an alternative delivery address or cancel the order altogether.

We recommend being careful when opening your order to avoid any damage, especially when using sharp objects. It’s your responsibility to ensure that the product remains undamaged during this process.

Shipping rates at CV Sneaker vary based on your location and are calculated during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, once your order is complete, we cannot change any part of your order, including the delivery address or payment method. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase with CV Sneakers.

For your security, we cannot change the delivery address for your order from CV Sneakers once it has been placed.

Returns & Refunds

At CV Sneaker, we offer a return policy that allows you to return ordered items within 14 days after receiving them. To initiate a return, please ship the item back to us along with the original packaging, including all tags that came with it. Please note that all items are subject to quality assessment. Once your return passes quality control, you will be refunded in the form of store credit.

At CV Sneaker, we offer store credit for returned items. You can ship your item back to us, and once it passes our quality check, we will issue store credit to your e-wallet. You can then use this credit to purchase any other item from our collection.

At CV Sneaker, for returned items in good condition, you can expect your store credit to reflect within seven to ten business days after you have shipped the items back to us.

At CV Sneaker, once the returned item passes the quality assessment, the amount will be credited to your e-wallet, allowing you to use it for future purchases.
